Weekly Workout Review!

Yes, I'm going to be that girl . . . the one who puts her weekly workout review on the Internet. 

Oh, you don't care . . . geez, I know.  I barely care, but I'm trying. 

Thinking that I have to write it down and post it on Monday makes me want to get up off my ass during the week . . . so if that's what it takes, then I'm gonna do it!

Mon, Apr 1:  Couch to 5K, Week 1 Day 1
                     180 push ups

Tue, Apr 2:  5:30 a.m. HIIT Boot Camp 
                     100 push ups

Wed, Apr 3:  Couch to 5K, Week 1 Day 2
                      120 push ups

Thu, Apr 4:  5:30 a.m. HIIT Boot Camp 
                     100 push ups

Fri, Apr 5:  120 push ups

Sat, Apr 6:  Couch to 5K, Week 1 Day 3
                    90 push ups

Sun, Apr 7:  Couch to 5K, Week 2 Day 1
                     120 push ups

Some points of interest:

Georgia is one, big, friggin' hill . . . no matter which way I run, I swear it's uphill. 

And it was practically in the snow since it was 39 degrees one day and 43 degrees another day. 

Push ups suck pretty much anyway you do them.  I'm doing a combination of on my toes, on my knees, using the kitchen counter with arms wide and then with hands close together.  Really though, it's getting easier.

Boot camp is awesome.  It's only 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training . . . and it's over before I've really woken up.  Win.
