Workout Round Up April 29 - May 5

It's illogical, I know.  But it works.  Knowing that I will be posting my workouts on my blog keeps me honest, even if only my Mom and best friends are reading.  Ha!  I'll take whatever motivation I can get at this point.

Mon, Apr 29:  Nada - three kids home sick from school . . . need I say more?

Tue, Apr 30:  5:30 a.m. HIIT Boot Camp

Wed, May 1: Couch to 5K, Week 5 Day 1

Thu, May 2: 5:30 a.m. HIIT Boot Camp

Fri, May 3:  Couch to 5K, Week 5 Day 2

Sat, May 4:  REST

Sun, May 5:  Couch to 5K, Week 5 Day 3

Rain, rain go away . . . come again another day! Seriously folks . . . we practically need an ark here in Georgia. Typically we are in some stage of a drought but not this year . . . yesterday I ran jumping puddles between storms!

So my challenge this week is going to be tracking my food.  Ugg.  I hate to track.  A LOT.  I'm such a perfectionist . . . I get so caught up in the details of being exact that I get frustrated and quit. 

I'm pretty sure that while I think I'm eating healthy and in the correct portions, I'm not.  And my pretty sure, I mean I know for a fact.  

So, My Fitness Pal and I are going to be friends again until I can get the scale moving in the right direction.  My short term goal is to change the 2nd number in the series of three on the scale.
