Add another challenge to the list . . .

Another Monday post . . . another work out challenge!  Let's do it!!

Meredith is one of my favorite bloggers . . . she is super sweet and truly one of the nicest folks in blogland.  She's also a rockin' hot mom who is hosting a very doable fitness challenge for July!

It's called the Move Your Booty challenge . . . oh em gee . . . I love the title so I figured what the heck, add it to the "fun" of the 30 Day Shred!  Go check out her website for details on how to "win" this challenge!
So here are the two challenges . . . the first is a crunch challenge . . . and no, it's not a Nestle Crunch!  Darn.


And there's a push up challenge . . . we all love to hate them, but they work!

  2. Bueller. I want to say I'm in but I think I'm going to overwhelm myself. But What's 5 push ups & 20 crunches? That's cause I'm only looking at Day 1. HA!

  3. Awesome, pretty and strength girl! 30 days cruch challenge is so amazing. My girl friend also play yoga and set a challenge like you. By click here , you can learn many weight to do your challenge better by using DYNAPRO Exercise Ball or so on. My girl friend also use this ball for her challenge. Hope my sharing will help you!
